Tickets

Tickets for the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl are $60 for Midfield Premium Reserved and $40 for Sideline Reserved. Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 940-565-2527 or 800-868-2366, or in person at the North Texas Ticket Office at Apogee Stadium Gate 2 until Tuesday, Dec. 12.

Tickets will also be on sale Dec. 13-14 from noon to 5 p.m. and Dec. 15 from noon to 6 p.m. at the North Texas team hotel, the Hilton New Orleans Riverside located at 2 Poydras Street in New Orleans.

Student Tickets

$60 Package – Limited to first 165 students who sign up.

• Includes roundtrip charter bus transportation from Denton to New Orleans, a double-occupancy hotel room and game ticket. All meals and other incidentals are responsibility of the student.
• Deadline for travel packages has been moved back to Monday, December 11, at 6 p.m.
• We will make every effort to accommodate roommate requests for those traveling together.

Buy Tickets From North Texas

Why buy from the North Texas Ticket Office instead of secondary ticket brokers? Here's why:

• All revenue from ticket sales through the North Texas Ticket Office goes to UNT and Conference USA.
• Tickets purchased from secondary brokers incur additional fees and charges.
• The UNT ticket allotment has the best seats in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, located on the east side of the stadium.

• Saturday, Dec. 16, from 10:30 a.m. to noon - will call/players pass window at Mercedes-Benz Superdome Gate B, located at 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans.

Coaches' Radio Show

• 5-6 p.m. - The Coaches' Radio Show, presented by Coke Zero Sugar, will be hosted by Dave Barnett and Hank Dickenson and will be broadcast live from the Hilton New Orleans Riverside (North Texas team hotel), 2 Poydras Street, New Orleans.
• The show will be broadcast on the Mean Green Sports Network, KHYI 95.3 FM, KNTU 88.1 FM and KGAF 1580 AM.
• The Green Brigade marching band and UNT Cheer pep-squad will be on hand, and there will be a cash bar and appetizers.

UNT Commencement in New Orleans

• 6:15 p.m. - Hilton New Orleans Riverside (North Texas team hotel) Grand Salon A, 2 Poydras Street, New Orleans; reception to follow.
• Commencement ceremony for athletes (six), spirit (one), and students (TBD) who will be missing the on-campus ceremony.
• Attire: Full regalia is not required, although mortar boards, tams and hoods are encouraged.

Mean Green Pub Cawww!

• 6 p.m./conclusion of radio show.
• Starting at Fulton Alley bar and game parlor, 600 Fulton Street, New Orleans.
• Join the Mean Green Nation at Fulton Alley for drinks and a game of bowling, bocce, foosball or giant chess on the expansive patio. Follow us to Bourbon Street for a night in the Big Easy.

I Love The 90s Concert

• 7:30 p.m. - Smoothie King Center.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16

Pre-Game Pep Rally

• 9–11:30 a.m. - Borgne Restaurant, 601 Loyola Ave., New Orleans (across from the Superdome in the Hyatt Regency).
• Meet with Mean Green fans before the game to get in the spirit. Enjoy special appearances by Scrappy, UNT Cheer and the Green Brigade marching band; light fare provided; cash bar.

Game-Watching Parties

Can't make it to New Orleans? You can still watch the game with other Mean Green fans.

• Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Allen - organized by the Alumni Association's Todd Samuels. Fuzzy's is at 790 W. Exchange Parkway, Suite 140, in Allen, across the street from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen. Mean Green giveaways will be available and special UNT door prizes awarded at halftime.
• The Syndicate (Fuzzy's Taco Shop), UNT campus - on the second floor of the University Union in Denton.
